PVD Coating
PVD (physical vapour deposition) coatings increase surface hardness, reduce friction and extend tool life on cutting tools, mold components and wear-exposed parts. We coordinate PVD coating for the tool steels and HSS we supply.

Coating performance depends on the substrate grade, hardness and surface preparation. 1.2344, 1.2379 and HSS grades are suitable for PVD coating; planning grade selection and coating together gives the best result.
