CuSn12 is a tin bronze with about 12% tin, distinguished by high hardness and wear resistance. It offers higher strength than CuSn10 for reliable performance under heavy operating conditions, retaining good sliding and friction properties even under high load. Its corrosion-resistant structure gives long service life in humid, oily and general industrial environments, and its mechanical stability is an advantage where dimensional precision is required.
