CuSn12Ni is a tin bronze with about 12% tin and a nickel addition, offering high strength, wear resistance and improved corrosion performance. Compared with CuSn12 it provides higher fatigue strength and better impact performance, and resists corrosion better in humid and aggressive environments. A suitable solution for heavily loaded mechanical and industrial applications requiring durability and continuity.
